This year, KTL Solutions exhibited for the first time at the Dynamics Summit in Tampa, FL. I am so glad to say, we had a wonderful experience! We got the chance to meet with current clients, users, partners, ISVs, and everyone in between. It was so great to see familiar faces and new ones, all coming together to learn more about the systems they use to run their businesses.
One word that comes to mind while attending sessions and walking the expo hall at Summit is one that is very familiar to KTL Solutions… “Empowerment.” For years, KTL Solutions’ Annual Technology Conference has been all about “Empowering the User.” At Summit, users everywhere were learning about new technology to streamline processes, make their businesses more efficient, and increase productivity. The beauty of it all? Almost all of these users were doing this all on their own. No IT company or partner, and no one telling them they needed to. They were learning new ideas and products so they could make informed decisions on their own. This is exactly the idea that Tim Lally, CEO of KTL, came up with years ago when he started our Annual User Conference. Give users the tools they need to learn and become more technology literate and watch them take their organizations to new heights. No wonder our “Empower The User” t-shirts were a huge hit this year!
Watching the Dynamics community come together, especially after the demise of Convergence, was a great sight to see. The community is small, but growing, and it was inspiring to see so many people meeting and connecting for the first time. Now with the support of Microsoft, I am certain this conference will only grow and become better than ever. Nashville here we come, see you in 2017!
