New Audio Conferencing & Calling Services Features in GCC-High

Office 365 GCC-High continues its journey toward parity with its Office 365 Public cloud counterpart. Microsoft’s Government Cloud team has been working on successfully completing its roadmap and bringing many new features to GCC-High.

One of the more requested features that rolled out a few months ago was Microsoft Teams Direct Routing. This feature allows users to leverage the full Audio Conferencing and Inbound/Outbound calling features that are native in the Microsoft Teams app.
