For the past 11 years, KTL Solutions has directed their Annual Mid-Atlantic Technology User Conference, mostly known as our User Conference or Empower the User Conference. It has been a success since the first launch, but with growth, it has succeeded in becoming a leading User Conference. This year in particular, KTL Solutions wanted to emphasize the idea behind the conference—to empower the users. And so, with the theme, Empower the User, we did just that.
Held at the Microsoft Center in Reston, VA, KTL Solutions had 19 educational sessions to choose from in three different tracks – ERP/Accounting; CRM; and Technology. There were also five guest presenters (some from Microsoft, itself!) and an amazing keynote speech by Tom Hood, CEO of Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Our sponsors, PaperSave, DiCentral, GreenShades, Solver, and Scribe livened up our crowd by giving away gift cards, Oakley sunglasses, and useful tchotchkes, while educating everyone on the efficiencies their products add to business solutions.
You ask, how exactly did KTL Solutions empower someone? We gave our attendees the oversight into new ways to understand business solutions, use them more effectively and efficiently, and the opportunity to pick our consultant’s brains.
From delicious food from Fresh Connections Catering, stress-free related door-prizes including a Kindle Voyage, and an interactive environment all starting with an entertaining bar crawl the night before, KTL Solutions was excited for another successful year.
