Account Manager
ERP Software Engineer
KTL Solutions is actively seeking an experienced, full-time ERP Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting our implementation team in providing our clients with leading financial and business applications based on current technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics-GP.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and characteristics:
- Ability to perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects in the areas of requirement gathering, business process review, application and workflow design, project management, configuration and testing, and end-user training
- Ability to perform on-going support services to existing clients via email, phone, or on location as needed
- Ability to develop ERP solutions using such tools as Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, SQL Reporting Services, BI360, Dashboards, SQL Server technologies, and Advanced Office Development
- Ability to continually refine ERP implementation standards, tools, and documents.
- Experience utilizing ERP implementation standards and tools/documents
- Ability to participate in the quality assurance process as required by each project
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other technologies across ERP platforms
- Ability to work with clients to obtain information about their business strategies, processes, desired outcomes and critical success factors and evaluating appropriate ERP solutions
- Possess presentation skills of tailored demonstrations on proposed solutions
- Proficiency in writing statement-of-work and scope documents
- Confidence in mentoring and/or coaching to team members and sharing knowledge amongst them
- Ability to communicate with our technical services team to ensure that each project’s technical requirements are met
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills
- Ability to display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn, be challenged, and expand skillsets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and/or computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and/or working with ERP solutions
- One year experience with Dynamics-GP considered a plus
- Certifications in various solutions is a plus but not required

CRM Consultant
KTL Solutions is in search of a full-time Dynamics CRM consultant to join our Frederick Office. By joining our implementation team, you will play a vital role in assisting us in implementing business applications based on current Microsoft technologies. .Net Software Developer
Microsoft 365 Engineer
KTL Solutions, Inc. is searching for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to work with new and existing customers to design, implement and support their Office 365 environments.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to develop requirements list for projects.
- Create implementation and migration plans that meet project goals and security requirements.
- Work independently or with customer IT staff to complete project tasks.
- Create technical documentation outlining system architecture and implementation.
- Migrate email, files and supported data into Office 365
- Work with new and existing customers to resolve issues.
- Work with colleagues to implement solutions across Microsoft applications.
- Stay up to date on new industry specific technologies as it relates to the position.
