Netbreeze Acquisition Boosts Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft’s recently announced that they have acquired the Swiss social media analytics and monitoring solutions provider Netbreeze. Netbreeze specializes in social consumer relationship management and Microsoft will look to integrate Netbreeze’s strength in multi-lingual, social monitoring analysis with Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics GP on Windows Azure set for June
Microsoft Dynamics GP is coming to Windows Azure in June; Microsoft confirmed this at this year’s Convergence event. This new deployment option will offer what you would expect from an enterprise-grade cloud service – stability, protection, security and the ability to scale and grow. Microsoft has referred to the Azure service as being elastic and the fact that it can grow without adding servers will be great for partners.

Microsoft has released the December 2012 update from Dynamics CRM Online. This optional update brings new Apple® iPad® and Yammer support to an already feature-rich product. The new iPad® features were designed with the sales representatives who need to get work done from the road, while they are on sales calls, in mind. Microsoft has eliminated pop-up windows from the user interface and made it simpler to use with the touch screen. You will log in to the online application through the web browser from the iPad® as you would from a laptop or desktop.
