At the Yam-Jam conference on October 29 Yammer and Microsoft announced that there would soon be native integration between Yammer and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The new integration will build off the Yammer-CRM Plug-in that already exists. The new integration will leverage enterprise graphs embedding Yammer feeds, and the Follow and Like buttons into specific CRM records. These updates are already available for download in the Yammer App Directory, which is accessible to users after they sign into Yammer.
Microsoft is also working on other Yammer integration around Sharepoint – expected to be unveiled at the Microsoft Sharepoint conference in Mid-November – Microsoft office, Office 365, and Skype.
