Should I be going to Convergence? What value is in it for me to go to Convergence this year?
These are just some of the questions we get from our customers this time of year regarding Convergence the Annual Microsoft Conference.
We have clients that go to convergence every year to learn new about new functionality that was recently introduced by Microsoft for the Dynamic ERP product. Some go to learn and evaluate ISV solutions they might be considering implementing. While others go to meet and visit with users to discuss ideas and solutions they’ve deployed within their organization. Whatever the reason maybe users should try and attend Convergence at least once every couple of years.
You should consult with your partner if you are unsure what sessions to attend or ISV solutions you should visit. As a partner we can work with ISV vendors to arrange specific times for our customer meet and see the solutions in action.
This year is a great year to attend Convergence. There are many sessions dedicated to the new release of Dynamics GP2013 and recent service updates for CRM.
